Do you offer a free consultation?+
Yes, I prefer to start with a meeting to understand your project, goals, and timeline. This helps make sure we're aligned before any work begins.
How is pricing determined?+
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline of your project. After our first call, I'll send a clear proposal with a fixed price or hourly rate - no surprises.
Do you offer refunds?+
No refunds but I stand behind my work. We'll collaborate closely, and I'll continue refining until you're fully satisfied with the result.
How long does a project usually take?+
Timelines vary based on the scope, but small websites usually take 1-3 weeks. Larger or more complex projects can take longer. After our first meeting, I'll share a clear timeline.
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes, I work with clients globally. Most communication happens over video calls and async messages, so time zones are rarely a problem.
What tools do you use?+
Figma for design. I build custom sites in Astro (or React / Next.js when it's an app), with Sanity as the CMS your team edits - and Webflow or Framer when you'd rather manage it all visually yourself. Around it: Vercel for hosting, Resend for emails, HubSpot or Monday.com for leads, GA4 + Tag Manager for tracking, and Meta / Google Ads for campaigns.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is done?+
Yes. I offer monthly retainer packages for clients who need ongoing design support, updates, or new features.
Can you work with our in-house dev or team?+
Absolutely. I'm used to collaborating with developers, marketers, and other designers. I can hand off Figma files, style guides, or work directly in your existing workflow.
