Overview
Tune In West is a regional initiative (2026–2029) supporting West Sweden's music industry — events, AI research, and business support. I designed and built the bilingual (SV/EN) platform, including the Music Hub West events site, on Astro with a CMS so the team can publish events and articles themselves.

Design & Structure
Defined the information architecture across two connected sites — the main Tune In West platform and the Music Hub West events hub — with a clean, editorial visual language.
Astro Build + CMS
Built in Astro for speed and SEO, with a CMS so the team can publish events, articles, and partners without touching code.
Bilingual & Launch
Full Swedish / English localization, analytics with consent, and SEO — then launched across the region.
